Egg-ceptional Easter

Hello and Welcome to my blog. Today I am showcasing another card using a stamp set from Inky Antics called  Ducky's Egg. The sentiment is from the same stamp set.

The images were stamped using Memento Tuxedo Black and the sentiment with Versafine Onyx Black.

The images were coloured using Copic Markers purchased from Craft-a-Lot and Forever Markers.

The Papers are all leftovers from my stash, I believe the dots are from Kaisercraft (something I am trying to do lately.. use up all the leftovers). Cardstock is from American Crafts and the card base is from Twiddleybitz.

That's it for me today :-)

Good Morning all,

As always I am playing catch-up with blog posts lol. I've been busy with card orders lately so haven't had a chance to do more than photos and a quick upload of pictures to my facebook page.

This card was made mainly from leftovers in my stash, so I can't tell you what papers I have used on this one.

I have coloured the image using Copic Markers purchased from Craft-a-Lot and Forever Markers.

For this card I have used a Clear Stamp Set called Basket Bunny from Inky Antics.

I have stamped the image using Memento Tuxedo Black and the Sentiment is stamped with Versafine Onyx Black

Hello :-)
It is almost 4pm here in South West Sydney, Australia and it is starting to warm up.. This means with copic markers I need to work a little faster as they are drying up faster.

I just finished up 2 more tags front and back, love these ones :-)

The image I have used today is Lil Dumplings Rudolph from Pollycraft, such an adorable image, unfortunately Pollycraft have closed down :-(

I had planned to coloured the antlers and the fur/hair in the same colour but my E35 marker started running out so I had to rethink my colouring, thankfully I was able to which to another similar colour marker, my E33.

Here u can see the front and the back of the tags, I have stamped the back with an alpha stamp set from Kaisercraft.

Elf Holiday Wishes

This card I made a few days ago features an image that was a freebie back in August from while ago from Digi Stamp Boutique. He is no longer available, however there is a few other designs of him which are just as cute. You can find those here.

Now let's get down to the design...

Quite proud of this card, it was all made with leftovers from cards I have previously made :-)

Papers are from Crafters Choice Christmas paper pad from memory, cardstock is from American Crafts and die cuts are from spellbinders dies. Sentiments are from a Stampin up stamp set.

Unfortunately I was so excited about this card that I didn't write down any of the markers I used, but the image is all coloured with Copic Markers purchased from Craft a Lot and Forever Markers.
Anyway, hope you like it :-)

Cricket boy turns 10

Hi :-) It is currently 10.40pm here in Sydney, Australia and yes I should be sleeping, but I am having a lot of trouble with that lately so I thought I would catch up on some blogging.

My son asked me to make a card for his BFF's 10th Birthday. Aidan loves cricket and has just started playing so I thought that would be a great place to start.

A friend pointed me in the direction of this stamp while I had been trying to hunt something down, finding a boy playing cricket is not as easy as I thought that it would be.

This image is from Crafts U Print and the image is called Cricketing Doodles.

For this card I have used

Feature Art Outdoor Passions Cricket (Reverse)

Twiddleybitz card base

Logan turns 5 with Red Foo

Good Afternoon all :-)

My Beautiful little boy turned 5 on Saturday, he is a very big fan of Red Foo from LMFAO, for those of you who know him will understand this card.

It took me 2 weeks to make this card as I was struggling to find an image to use on it. I ended up finding this particular image by accident 2 days before his birthday! I couldn't believe it when I came across it.

I cannot believe how fast the past few years have gone, for us in Australia kids start Kindergarten in Primary school around the age of 5. Most of the children turn 5 before starting but the cut off is 5 in July, so as long as they are 5 before that date.

Anyway, this is a big thing for kids and my son is so so excited about starting in January next year, he is also excited about going to big school with his big brother, who will be in year 5 next year when he starts.

Well I guess I had better get onto my card lol. I found this image on a craft site called Crafts U Print and the image is called Night Fever Doodles.

What I used for this card

Uniball Signo White Gel Pen
Papers are from Feature Art FAJ 165
Francheville Kraft Cardstock

Shakin' in my boots

I coloured this image a few weeks ago with my copic markers (purchased from Craft-a-Lot and Forever Markers) but haven't yet had a chance to put it onto a card, between 2 children who feel the need to continually argue with each other!! aah boys!

Anyway, here it is lol.

Most of this has been made with bits and pieces from my stash so I can't give you a list of what has been used, I know there is some Kaisercraft Cardstock and the shapes have been cut with Spellbinders Labels three dies, and the card base is from Twiddleybitz

This stamp is part of a set of stamps from Whimsy Stamps called Accessories Halloween 1, you can find it here.

Hope you like my card

Today I was lucky enough to meet little Madeleine, and she is just so cute, I held her while she slept for about an hour, then she peed all over me lol. Lucky we are only a few streets away so I could go and get changed before I went to the shops.

I believe.. in witches

Good Morning!

A couple of days ago I visited a few of my favourite digital stamp companies to download some new images.. I was on the hunt for Halloween images..

Here in Australia there is too many people who celebrate Halloween but I thought it would be nice to add some cards to my Angel Scrapbook & Party Goodies Facebook page anyway.

I bought this gorgeous witch stamp from Tiddly inks, it is called Spell on Ya, you can find it here, and it is even on sale at the moment!

I had a bit of a play 2 nights ago, it was very late though so I didn't get to finish colouring her. You can see here that I have done her dress, pants shoes and hat. I am not too good at doing pleats on dresses yet, so please be lenient on me lol.

There is a few new blends in there too. I haven't used this purple combo before, it needed a bit more blending then I normally do but it turned out really well.

This is as far as I got on Wednesday night as I had to go and pick up hubby and youngest from the train station, they drove to another state (12hrs drive) the day before to deliver a car and then flew home Thursday.

Was such a hard couple of days, my youngest hadn't ever slept away from me so I was really struggling. Hubby had also not had a night away from me since we had youngest.  What a quiet house it was with only 9 year old here.

In the next pic you will see the image all coloured up, I used a new skin combo on this one, it shows up a little brighter in this pic, but I just think that's from the camera, it doesn't look this bright on my card. I have also used my Spica Glitter pen on a few parts on her but it doesn't show up in any of the pics that I have taken. I have also finished her hair and wand. I have also done the little dots around the outside of the image (not that I can remember what the technical term is).

I then started working on putting my card together, I found this stamp whilst cleaning all my stamps up and thought it would be perfect. These gorgeous flowers are from a Kaisercraft pack that my friend Hollie from Little Goldfish Invitations and Stationary gave me for my birthday this year.

Here is a close up of the image, I am really impressed with my blending on this image, especially with the black as I even kept it within the lines, sometimes it bleeds a bit much if you have too much saturation.

This last image is the inside of the card, pretty simple but looks great :-)

For this card I have used

Kaisercraft Liliac Avenue Embellishment Pack
Twiddleybitz Card Base
Kmart Cardstock
Papers are all from my stash
X Press it Blending Cardstock
X Press it Double Sided Tape

Image was coloured using Copic Markers purchased from Craft-a-Lot and Forever Markers

Copic Markers Used

Dress/Hat - V06, V09
Black areas - C5, C7, C9
Hair - E40, E70, E74, E79
Skin - E00, E11, E13, R20
Wand - Y11, Y15

This card will be for sale on my facebook page.
