Kindred Stamps - Family Bookmarks

Hey Everyone,

Today I am working with Kindred Stamps Family Is Forever, how cute is this stamp set :-) You may remember me using it recently to do  a No Line Colouring Technique card, today I am making some bookmarks.

I started by cutting the bookmark shapes using MFT Stamps Tall Tag Duo dienamics, I used X-Press It Blending Cardstock and ran the dies through my Gemini Machine.

I popped the stamps onto Lawn Fawn Acrylic Blocks and inked them up using Memento Tuxedo Black ink, then stamped them onto the bookmarks I had created.

Using Copic Markers I coloured the images up, I will add a list at the end of my blog post of all the Copic Markers I had used. I cut a second set of the bookmarks and added them to the back of the ones I had coloured so that you wouldn't see the Copic Markers through the back.

I added some Washi Tape from my stash, I grabbed some patterned ribbons from the On The Go set I had in my stash and used some Silver Twine to tie around the ribbon, that was my bookmarks completed. They were nice and easy to create, the colouring is probably the part that took the longest haha.

Jolly Presents - Time For Tea Designs

Hi Everyone,

Today is my inspiration day for Time For Tea Designs, how sweet is this little birdie from the Season's Tweetings Collection.

I merged the image with the Jolly Script and the Tis The Season sentiments, I then printed the sentiments and images onto X-Press It Blending Card using my laser printer.

I ran them through my Sizzix Big Shot using a Lawn Fawn Stitched Circle Die to give it that faux stitching look, I love adding this to my cards.

Using patterned papers from Kaisercraft Mistletoe Collection I cut some a layer from Christmas Tree Paper and used some small leftover pieces to cut into banners. I used EK Success Cutterbee Scissors to cut the banners into them.

I love adding a doily to my card, so once again I added one onto this card, I also added some punch outs from the patterned paper pad that I used previously.

Now that I had all my layers cut I adhered them all to a Couture Creations Card Base using Scotch ATG.

I hope you have enjoyed my post today, if you have any questions feel free to send me a message or contact me via facebook (all links can be found below).

Evie and Frankie Do Christmas - Whimsy Stamps

Can you believe how quickly Christmas is coming, its crazy really how fast the year of 2018 has gone.

I have had so much fun with Whimsy Stamps for my Design Team Term, and these are just yet more of my favourite images, honestly I can say there has never been one of their images I haven't been able to create with.

I printed the images onto X-Press It blending card and coloured them with Copic Markers.

I grabbed some plain coloured card stocks from American Crafts and Kaisercraft and some patterned papers from American Crafts Hollyday Collection to create my card and finished them off with doily, quite a simplicity of a design, just lots of layers.

Everything was adhered using Scotch ATG and American Tombow Mono Multi Liquid Adhesive for the doily. I cut all the layers using Cutterpillar Pro Trimmer.

Finally I adhered the layers to a Couture Creations Card base.

I hope you have enjoyed my post today, if you have any questions feel free to send me a message or contact me via facebook (all links can be found below).

Kindred Stamps - Family Is Forever

Today I have made a card using a stamp set from Kindred Stamps called Family Is Forever.

I stamped the images onto X-Press It Blending Cardstock using Lawn Fawn Acrylic Blocks and Memento Desert Sand (I have other similar colour ink pads linked up) and coloured the images up using Copic Markers.

I fussy cut the images using EK Success Cutterbee Scissors, the tip to fussy cutting is to move the card not the scissors so much.

I ran a MFT Rounded Rectangle die through my Gemini to create the stitched look on the background. I then grabbed a Ranger Mini Blending Tool and blended some Distress Inks. I ran MFT Puffy Clouds Die through my Gemini using some leftover white cardstock and adhered them using American Tombow Mono Multi Liquid Adhesive.

If you are interested you can see me colouring up the images here on my You Tube Channel.

The patterned papers I actually created myself using X-Press it Blending Cardstock, Lawn Fawn Acrylic Block, some of the stamps from the set and some Memento Tuxedo Black.
The little flowers I coloured using Distress Inks and a Roymac Revolution Taklon, these brushes are no longer available so I have linked some other brushes that I have and use.

I added some Nuvo Crystal Drops in Red Berry to the bottom of my card. Finally adhering all the layers to a Couture Creations Card Base using Scotch ATG.

I hope you have enjoyed my post today, if you have any questions feel free to send me a message or contact me via facebook (all links can be found below).

Penguin Night Masking - Whimsy Stamps

I am loving blending with Distress Inks so much lately, which is great because I have had the bigger ink pads for so long and very rarely used them. I pulled out a mixture of Mini Ink Pads and the larger ones to create this night scene with Whimsy Stamps Penguin Campfire.

I used Seedless Preserves, Mowed Lawn, Squeezed Lemonade, Dusty Concord, and Black Soot and a Mini Distress Ink Tool to blend around my image. I used post it notes to help me get the look I was after.

Papers are all from Doodlebug Design and I used American Crafts for the black piece. I ran a piece of the patterned paper through my Sizzix Big Shot using a Lawn Fawn Stitched Circle Die.

Everything was adhered using Scotch ATG then adhered to a Twiddleybitz Card Base.

I hope you have enjoyed my post today, if you have any questions feel free to send me a message or contact me via facebook (all links can be found below).

Milkshake or an Iced Coffee - Time For Tea Designs

Milkshake or an Iced Coffee that is the question..

For my card today I have gone with exactly that and decided how can you choose between the two.. well you can' t actually.

I printed the image out onto X-Press It Blending Cardstock, coloured her up using Copic Markers then fussy cut her using EK Success Cutterbee Scissors.

Patterned papers were from a paper pad from The Craft Stall - one of the mini stacks. I used some Reflex Colour Paper in the pink to mat it as it was the closest colour I could find in my stash.

I cut everything to size using Fiskars Surecut Trimmer and adhered them using Scotch ATG.

Using a Stitched Circle die from Lawn Fawn I cut on piece of the patterned paper then ran a smaller one through using some Mondi Color Copy white cardstock.

I was in the middle of another project using the Kindred Stamps Gday stamp set so used the Happy Birthday from that and a Lawn Fawn Acrylic Block to stamp the sentiment out with Memento Tuxedo Black.

Finally I adhered all the layers onto a Couture Creations card base which I had creased using a bone folder.

I hope you have enjoyed my post today, if you have any questions feel free to send me a message or contact me via facebook (all links can be found below).

It's A Penguin Party - Heartcraft Paper

Good Morning Everyone,

As 2018 starts to wind down we start preparing for 2019. Heartcraft Paper has released this gorgeous Penguin New Year image, he is so adorable :-)

I printed him onto X-press It Blending Cardstock using my Brother Laser Printer then coloured him up using Copic Markers.

 For Card Number 1
I fussy cut the image using EK Success Cutterbee Scissors, make sure you rotate the image as you go rather than the scissors this will give you a smoother cut around the image.

Using some Mondi Color Copy white cardstock I ran a Lawn Fawn Stitched Circle die through my Sizzix Big Shot and cut a circle back drop for my Penguin.

I cut two mats down using some American Crafts Cardstocks, I used some patterned papers from The Craft Stall Mini Stack for my layers, I cut them down to size using my Cutterpillar Pro.

I attached the mat layers and the patterned papers using Scotch ATG, I then adhered the image to my circle that I cut earlier using American Tombow Mono Multi liquid adhesive. The sentiment I just used my Scotch ATG to adhere.

I added some Wink Of Stella Clear to his hat band and also to his bow tie, he looks so adorable ad suave.

Here is the colouring of the image :-)

Once I had everything complete I finally adhered it to a Couture Creations Card Base using Scotch ATG.

I have a bonus extra for you today which is very unusual for me hahah. I really love this image and I didn't want to hang onto my second card for another before sharing it, and seriously no doubt there will be an awesome December release from Heartcraft Paper :-)

I started by colouring up my image, I had already printed it when I printed the first card, I usually try to fill a page of images when I do my printing so I don't waste too much blending card.

I cut the image to size using my Cutterpillar Pro, I then cut a mat using some American Crafts cardstock.

Putting what I had already done to the side I started working from the bottom of my card upwards, I cut a mat layer using Francheville Kraft Cardstock, then a layer from Mondi Color Copy. Next I grabbed some patterned papers from a Doodlebug 6x6 Paper Pad called day to day, it is an older paper pad however you can purchase it direct from Doodlebug.

I ran the lightbulbs through my Sizzix Big Shot using a Lawn Fawn Stitched Circle die and adhered it to the cameras piece using Scotch ATG.

Using my Fiskars Surecut Trimmer I carefully cut a mat layer for the sentiment using the same Kraft Cardstock I used earlier in my project, then adhered the image and the sentiment down.

My card felt like it needed more so I grabbed the Stars Stax from MFT Stamps, these are no longer available however you can purchase the stitched version which I have linked below. I added those to the left side using my liquid adhesive. Once I was happy I then added everything to a Couture Creations card base.

I also decorated the insides of both of my cards however I didn't take any photos, I just grab some extra bits of the patterned paper and decorate away.

I hope you have enjoyed my post today, if you have any questions feel free to send me a message or contact me via facebook (all links can be found below).

Snowed In with Time For Tea Designs

This month Time For Tea Designs were given the opportunity to be part of the Simply Cards & Papercraft Magazine. Unfortunately due to my own personal time restraints I wasn't able to get my projects completed and posted to the UK in time for the magazine shoot. But I was super excited to get a card made to share with you.

If you purchase the magazine you will be able to do a digital download of these images how good is that.

Here is the card I created.

If you aren't able to get your hands on the magazine the images will be in the Time For Tea shop for purchase soon.

Dont forget to check out all the projects the Design Team have created, the girls have been busy with all their projects and I am so proud of them all.

I hope you have enjoyed my post today, if you have any questions feel free to send me a message or contact me via facebook (all links can be found below).

Whimsy Stamps - Christmas Candy

Good Morning All,

Today I am excited to start sharing some new images from Whimsy Stamps, they are now working with Pollycraft so we are excited to start working with another designer on the team. I am a long term fan of the Pollycraft images so am excited to be working with them.

The image I am working with today is Candy, she is actually one of the original ones I owned which is pretty cool.

I printed the image onto X-Press It Blending Card and coloured her up using Copic Markers.

I cut some mat layers from American Crafts Cardstock and Mondi Color Copy using my Cutterpillar Pro Trimmer, and some patterned papers from American Crafts Hollyday Paper Pad.

Candy - Digital Stamp

I used Kaisercraft Decorative Die Nesting Square Bracket. First I traced the inside of the die using a Mechanical Pencil onto the image piece, then cut it out using EK Success Cutterbee Scissors. I then ran the same die with some Kraft colour American Crafts Cardstock through my Sizzix Big Shot, I then traced the outside of the die onto some American Crafts Cardstock and once again cut it out using my Cutterbee Scissors.

Once I had all my layers cut I grabbed some cute Christmas ribbon from my stash and also found this cool gold ribbon stuff so added that to the side of my ribbon. I adhered all the layers together using Scotch ATG and the ribbon also with the same, I then wrapped it around the back of those layers and taped it using some Scotch Magic Tape.

I added all the layers to a Couture Creations Card base using Scotch ATG, I then decorated the inside with the same papers to make it all match.

I hope you have enjoyed my post today, if you have any questions feel free to send me a message or contact me via facebook (all links can be found below).

Tis The Season To Be Jolly- Time For Tea Designs

Isn't this little guy from Time For Tea Design's Season's Tweetings Release gorgeous :-)
He can come to my party anytime haha.

I printed him out on my Brother Laser Printer using X-Press It Blending Cardstock then coloured him using Copic Markers.

I ran the image/Sentiment through my Gemini (The Big One) using an MFT Stamps Stitched Rounded Rectangles die, I used some Washi Tape so when I flipped the paper over to run it through it didn't move.

I ran the die through again using some patterned paper and the same rectangle die.

Using some more of the patterned paper (which was from Kaisercraft Mistletoe Paper Pad), I cut a layer to size, and also a small strip for the bottom of my image then created a mat from American Crafts cardstock.

I adhered all the layers to a Couture Creations Cardbase using Scotch ATG.

I hope you have enjoyed my post today, if you have any questions feel free to send me a message or contact me via facebook (all links can be found below).

You are the Bones to my Halloween - Whimsy Stamps

Hi Everyone,

Today I am here to share with you some Inspiration for Whimsy Stamps Digital Team, I have created a card using Bones from the Pollycraft Collection. You will find links below to the image for you to purchase.

I printed the image onto X-press It Blending Cardstock then coloured it up using Copic Markers. I had so much fun with this card and it makes me feel so happy looking at it :-)

I grabbed some patterned papers from DCWV Spooky Halloween paper pad and cut one to size for the front and one for the inside, I then used some leftover pieces and created some banners, you guys know I hate to let any bits go to waste.

I cut some plain cardstock from American Crafts to use as the mat layers. I also cut my image to size so it would sit centre to my card.

Next I went on the hunt for Halloween stuff in my draws to complete my card. Now this started me off, I ended up re-organising all of my drawers and putting all my Christmas stuff in a certain draw, my Halloween, Mother's Day, Father's Day etc. It took me hours lol. But I ended up finding everything to finish my card off.

Some bits are old stuff I have had a long time, so I can't link them but I have tried to link up similar stuff.

I used some La La Land Crafts dies to cut the Halloween word, I did actually run it through twice so I could have the orange for the inside of the pumpkin. The little bats and the spider were all retired dies.
I used my White gel pen to add some details onto the die cuts and grabbed my Wink Of Stella to add some glitter.

As always I also decorated the inside, but didn't take photos to share sorry.**Edited yay I have photos to share :-)

I hope you have enjoyed my post today, if you have any questions feel free to send me a message or contact me via facebook (all links can be found below).

So join the Fan Club and release event, show the design team some love, and get ready to empty those wallets this Friday!

I have been lucky enough to work with the new "Gday Stamp Set" being released for November 2018. Being an Aussie I absolutely love this stamp set :-)

I have used Prismacolor Pencils to colour my images, so to begin with I popped some Sticker Paper into my Misti Stamping Tool and used Memento Tuxedo Black to stamp the images out.

Here is the left page before I moved my Koala

Once my images were all stamped out I moved onto colouring with Prismacolor Pencils, sorry I didn't write these down as I was just playing around with them, I then used the blending pencil over the top of the images.

When I was finished colouring I used my Ek Success Cutterbee Scissors to fussy cut the images, I love these scissors as they are super sharp and have a nice point to them, the trick when fussy cutting is to move the image rather than the scissors this will give you a smoother cut.

Now moving onto the planner layout, I grabbed my Kikki - K Larger Planner which I have A5 Horizontal Week over two plages inserts from Chasing Planner Peace in.

I used Grass Washi Tape from Doodlebug to lay across the bottom  of my Planner pages, I also used Washi tape across the top - I used clouds for that (not sure where that is from).

I cut a road using American Crafts Cardstock which I ran through my Sizzix Big Shot using a die.

Here is the right page before I moved the Koala

I used some alphabet stamps to stamp out the words CYA L8R and Alligator, I used Lawn Fawn Acrylic Blocks and some Green Ink, making sure to clean them off with a wet baby wipe when I was done.

I ran some post it notes through my Sizzix big Shot using some balloon dies. I then used the negative cut to create masks. I used some Distress Inks and a Mini Ink Blending Tool to blend the balloons onto my layout.

This completes my Planner Layout I hope you guys liked it, and I hope you'll visit my blog again soon.

Check Out The Video Here On my You Tube

All Dressed Up For The Beach - All Dressed Up Stamps

Hi Everyone,

It's a rainy day in Sydney Australia, I'm just waiting on it to settle down so I can go and pick up my youngest Son from School Camp.

I have had a productive day today creating up a storm which is fantastic. I

have created a card using a digital image from All Dressed Up Stamps called Summer Time (links below blog post).

I really love this image and I was actually lucky enough to pick it up as a freebie a while ago through Kit and Clowder I think.

I printed the image onto X-Press It Blending Cardstock and coloured it up using Copic Markers.

I used patterned papers from American Crafts Pebbles Inc - Party with Amy Locurto Poolside Collection, unfortunately this paper pad is now retired. I am just finishing off the last few bits and pieces and I will be finished up with it.

I cut a little deck chair from Impression Obsession Beach Chairs die - I have had this one for a while but it is still available to purchase which is great. I ran the die through my Sizzix Big Shot.

I coloured up some scrap white card stock using Yellow Copic Markers then ran the sun from Lawn Fawn Hello Sunshine dies through my Big Shot. I added some Wink Of Stella Clear to make it all shiny.

Using MFT Stamps Puffy Clouds die and some leftover white cardstock I also ran that through my Sizzix Big Shot, I love these puffy clouds but I have also added links to another option incase you cannot find these ones in particular.

I cut banners from some of the patterned paper leftovers using Fiskars Surecut Trimmer and EK Success Cutterbee Scissors.

I grabbed a doily from my stash, unsure of the brand but I have had a few links below of options you can use in a similar design.

I used some Kasiercraft aqua cardstock as my mat layer.

I added all the layers and bits and pieces to a Couture Creations Card Base which I had already folded using a Bone folder, I have also added a few different links to those. Most of the layers were adhered using Scotch ATG, for the smaller bits and the doily I used American Tombow Mono Multi Liquid Adhesive.

Using leftover bits and pieces from the front of the card I also decorated the inside of the card, I always do this I just don't generally take photos.

I hope everyone is having a great day and I'll see you all again soon.

Deni

Hi Everyone,

How cute is the New Release from Heartcraft Paper for November 2018. Who doesn't love Penguin Images :-)

I have used Merry Kisses which I think is just adorable, I printed the image out onto X-Press It Blending Cardstock then coloured up using Copic Markers.

I cut some plain Kraft cardstock from American Crafts, and I used some white cardstock from my stash. Patterned Papers are from Kaisercraft Mistle Toe 6x6 Paper Pad.

I cut one of the patterned papers using Lawn Fawn Stitched Circles die which I ran through my Sizzix Big Shot.

I trimmed the image, the sentiment and all the papers using my Cutterpillar Pro, I then adhered all the layers to a Couture Creations Card Base using Scotch ATG.

Here is the Whole November 2018 Release

You Furrr-Reak Me Out - Time For Tea Designs

Good Morning all,

A few days ago I shared another card for Time For Tea Designs, I have used the same Digital Image because I totally love it, this is Furr-reaking Halloween Full Collection (you can find the affiliate link below) I have used the little kitty cat and the broom on my card.

I printed the images onto X-press It Blending Cardstock then coloured them using Copic Markers.

Patterned papers came from DCWV Spooky Halloween, I used one sheet for the background layer and another for the circle, I also used some leftover pieces for the inside decoration of my card. I ran one piece through my Sizzix Big Shot using a Lawn Fawn Stitched Circle Die.

I cut some black cardstock from American Crafts to use as the bottom layer, which I adhered to a Twiddleybitz Card Base using Scotch ATG. I fussy cut the images using EK Success Cutterbee Scissors, I then carefully went around the edges using a Tombow ABY N15 Dual end marker, and adhered them to the circle using American Tombow Mono Multi liquid adhesive.

I cut some little banners using some excess pieces of the patterned paper, I used Scotch ATG to adhere them.

I adhered all the layers to a Couture Creations card base.

Finally to finish my card off I grabbed some Nuvo Crystal Drops Glow In The Dark - in the Apple Sour and Banana Split and added some drops to my card. They finished it perfectly and look awesome, can't believe I hadn't used them yet :-)

Sealed with a Snowflake - Whimsy Stamps

Good Morning Everyone,

Today I am sharing with you a New Release for Whimsy Stamps, this is Seal on Ice.

I printed the image onto X-Press It Blending Cardstock, then coloured it up using Copic Markers.

I cut the image to size using my Fiskars Trimmer.

I cut a base layer using American Crafts Cardstock, then cut some patterned papers from American Crafts Hollyday 6x6 Paper Pad.

I ran some of the leftover white cardstock through my Sizzix Big Shot using MFT Stamps Let's Snowflake dies.

I added a doily using American Tombow Mono Multi Liquid Adhesive then using some of the leftover pieces of patterned paper I created some banners, I then layered the image over top.

I had some leftover hearts from a previous project so I added those to the front of the image and the patterned paper. Finally I adhered the snowflake I cut earlier and used some Nuvo Drops for the centre.

Once I had all my layers done I added them to a Couture Creations Card Base using Scotch ATG.

I hope you have enjoyed my post today, if you have any questions feel free to send me a message or contact me via facebook (all links can be found below).

Magic Just For You - Newtons Nook

Hey everyone,

Today I am sharing with you a cute little magical card using Newton's Nook Magical Dreams. Unfortunately this stamp set is no longer available to purchase as it is retired. I have had this one in my stash for a while now, hopefully if you love it as much as I do you will be able to purchase a second hand set.

I stamped the images out onto X-Press It Blending Cardstock using Memento Tuxedo Black and Misti Stamping Tool, I then coloured up the images using Copic Markers.

I fussy cut all the images using EK Success Cutterbee Scissors and started laying them all out til I worked out how I wanted my scene to look. I used a tiny bit of American Tombow Mono Multi Liquid Adhesive which is permanent sticky unless you leave it to dry for a couple of seconds.

I stamped the sentiment out onto some leftover white cardstock using the Memento Tuxedo Black. I also added some clouds which were cut from MFT Stamps Puffy Clouds dies. I ran the dies through my Sizzix Big Shot.

For another project I ran a piece of patterned paper through my Sizzix Big Shot using Lawn Fawn Stitched Circle die, I then used the negative for this project.

One I had all my layers layed out ready to go I started adhering everything to my Twiddleybitz Card Base using a mixture of Scotch ATG and American Tombow Mono Multi Liquid Adhesive.

I hope you have enjoyed my post today, if you have any questions feel free to send me a message or contact me via facebook (all links can be found below).
