Tiddlyinks - It's all about You and Me

Hello Everyone,

Today I am sharing with you a Wedding Card I created using a Digital Stamp from Tiddlyinks called You and Me.

I printed the image onto X-Press It Blending Cardstock and coloured them up using Copic Markers. I coloured this one up a while ago so I do not have a list for you today.. my apologies.

I ran the image through my Sizzix Big Shot using a Lawn Fawn Stitched Square die, I have linked up some other options for you incase you can't track these ones down. 

I cut an Ampersand die from MFT Stamps Ampersand using some white and some black card stocks. I have linked up some other options as I can't seem to find any Links for this set. I had originally planned to use the stamp set instead but it just wasn't working for me.

Using Lawn Fawn scripty Love die I ran some Kmart Metallic Paper through my Big Shot, I love this gold paper I need to grab some more next time I see it in stock. I will see if I can find some other links for other metallic papers for you, look how shiny it is.

The sentiment is from Whimsy Stamps Everyday Banner Sentiments, I trimmed the set down so I was able to get this one in particular using my EK Success Cutterbee Scissors. 

The patterned papers are from Bella - My Romance collection, don't even bother to go looking because you won't find this one.. its from my ancient stash

I used leftovers of the patterned papers to decorate the inside of the card.

I added Derivan Kindyglitz to the heart, this finished it off :-)

Finally I adhered all the layers to a Couture Creations card base.

Auzz Trinklets N Krafts - Make It A Card Thursday - So sorry

Hi Everyone!

Welcome back to my blog, today is Make it a card Thursday over at Auzz Trinklets N Krafts. Today I have a sympathy card for you. One of my pet hates when it comes to cards, they are just one of those things that needs to be so perfect.

I have used an image from Tiddlyinks called Faythe Flies, she was chosen specifically by my customer as the butterfly and little girl was very representative of what she had in mind for her friend.

I needed to make this card very plain and simple for this customer, which sound easy enough, but it needs to be just right.

I have coloured the image using Copic Markers, this image is a digital image and was printed on Mondi 250gsm.

Hi there :-)

Today's card is another Father's Day card, I am trying to pump them all out ready for last minute Father's Day orders.

For today's card I have used an image from Tiddlyinks called Big Dad. You can find the digital image here. I have had this image for a little while and not really sure why I haven't used it.. could be possible I purchased it last year after Father's Day but I'm not really sure.

I have printed the image on X-Press it Blending Cardstock and Coloured it using Copic Markers purchased from Craft-a-Lot and Craftonline.

The Papers I have used on this card are from Kaisercraft Garage Days 6 1/2" Paper Pad
Cardstock is from American Crafts.
The circle is cut using an MFT Pierced Circle Die
The Screw Brads I think are from Prima
Sentiment is from Digi Stamp Boutique Father's Day Words Set available here.
Card Base is from Twiddleybitz.

I believe.. in witches

Good Morning!

A couple of days ago I visited a few of my favourite digital stamp companies to download some new images.. I was on the hunt for Halloween images..

Here in Australia there is too many people who celebrate Halloween but I thought it would be nice to add some cards to my Angel Scrapbook & Party Goodies Facebook page anyway.

I bought this gorgeous witch stamp from Tiddly inks, it is called Spell on Ya, you can find it here, and it is even on sale at the moment!

I had a bit of a play 2 nights ago, it was very late though so I didn't get to finish colouring her. You can see here that I have done her dress, pants shoes and hat. I am not too good at doing pleats on dresses yet, so please be lenient on me lol.

There is a few new blends in there too. I haven't used this purple combo before, it needed a bit more blending then I normally do but it turned out really well.

This is as far as I got on Wednesday night as I had to go and pick up hubby and youngest from the train station, they drove to another state (12hrs drive) the day before to deliver a car and then flew home Thursday.

Was such a hard couple of days, my youngest hadn't ever slept away from me so I was really struggling. Hubby had also not had a night away from me since we had youngest.  What a quiet house it was with only 9 year old here.

In the next pic you will see the image all coloured up, I used a new skin combo on this one, it shows up a little brighter in this pic, but I just think that's from the camera, it doesn't look this bright on my card. I have also used my Spica Glitter pen on a few parts on her but it doesn't show up in any of the pics that I have taken. I have also finished her hair and wand. I have also done the little dots around the outside of the image (not that I can remember what the technical term is).

 I then started working on putting my card together, I found this stamp whilst cleaning all my stamps up and thought it would be perfect. These gorgeous flowers are from a Kaisercraft pack that my friend Hollie from Little Goldfish Invitations and Stationary gave me for my birthday this year.

 Here is a close up of the image, I am really impressed with my blending on this image, especially with the black as I even kept it within the lines, sometimes it bleeds a bit much if you have too much saturation.

This last image is the inside of the card, pretty simple but looks great :-)

Wedding Card

Hi All!

My Friend asked me to make her a wedding card for a family friend of theirs. So here it is  :-)

My first Some Odd Girl Stamps

Tonight I am working a wedding card for an order from a friend. I am using these gorgeous images from Some Odd Girl Stamps.

I will add all the links in tomorrow, for now I am doing this from the iPad 

These are the first images I have purchased from them and I am so happy with them. They we so fun to colour!
Images I have used are Bride Mae and 1920s Kody, both stunhing images.

For these images I have colored them using my copic markers from Craft-a-Lot The images were printed on depress blending paper also purchased from Craft-a-Lot.

Well I am back with an update, my Wedding Card is finished Just waiting to hear from client whether she wants sentiment on the front or not.

 

New Baby Boy Card

Good Afternoon all,

Well I am feeling very happy with myself right now, I have just a card order from a friend of a repeat customer, something that can put you on a high for the day :-)

There is no requirements other than for it to be a Baby Boy card, as much as I love boy cards bring on some girl ones lol.

I will be using one of my favourite digital stamps on this card, one from CC Designs, a cute little giraffe that I have used a few times before.

I have been very busy trying to get a special card ready for the Fitztown DT Challenge. The theme for this one is "Anything Goes". I have a very cute card ready to go :-)
