Today we start our new challenge over at My Besties Aussie Challenge, this will be my last one for a little while as I am taking some time off to spend with my 2 beautiful boys.

The Challenge this month is "Let It Snow" - Add Snowflakes and Glitter.

We don't get snow where I live so unfortunately I have no real life experiences of snow :-(.

My Aussie Besties DT - 2 lace and flowers

Hi! Today I have a card for My Besties Aussie Challenge Blog, our challenge is 2 lace and flowers. Another challenge for me, flowers and I are just not friends lol.

I did good and feel very proud to show this card off. I am loving being on the My Besties DT, they always give me a good challenge and make me step up which is great :-)

DT post for My Besties - Card with folds

Hi everyone,

Unfortunately my post is going up a little late, blogger deleted my post before it went live and I hadn't noticed :-( so here it is again.

Our current challenge at My Besties Aussie is cards with folds, I had so much trouble with this one.. As you may notice I'm not one for folds lol. Thankfully I had a great team of dt girls to help me out and give me ideas and guidance on what and how I could do it.

My Aussie Besties Dt Pearls and Bling

The challenge at the moment over at My Besties Aussie Challenge blog is pearls and bling, so much fun, so why not come over and join us :-)  

I haven't had a chance to post my recent cards as our internet provider is doing maintenance in our area at the moment and my service is not good on either my phone or our internet which is not good for my blog :-(

Anyway, here is my gorgeous card for My Besties. The Image I have used is Img 235, I knew I had to use this image the minute I seen it, she is absolutely adorable.

 

Image was coloured using Copic Markers purchased from Craft-a-Lot. Papers are from American Crafts and some others are from my stash.

 

The fence is from Magnolia, Clouds are from CC Designs as are the hearts. Pearls are from Bella, I have used Derivan Kindy Glitz on the flower and her glasses. I have also used Tim Holtz Distress ink on a few layers of the card.

Butterfly Besties

Hello!

It is a really cold night here in NSW, Australia where I live, we should probably have the gas heater on, but we had a few days of really warm weather so I thought the cold was finished and packed all the heater away :-P it takes up space in my craft part of the loungeroom and we can't have that happening. As soon as it warms up its gone lol.

Anyway, tonight I was lucky enough to find some time to make a card to meet the requirements for 2 challenges, using a Besties image from Sherri Baldy of Scrapbook Stamp Society, the image I have used is Img 708, you can find the image here .

My Sister in law's birthday card

Such a great sister I am lol. I messaged my sis for her birthday but forgot to make her a card (we don't do presents anymore) so the Saturday night before I was meant to go over to their place it was a rush card :-) A few hours later I had a gorgeous card to give her.
