Donut Worry Be Happy - Whimsy Stamps DT

Hi Everyone,

It's all about Donuts here with me today as I share a creation I made for Whimsy Stamps, you can check out the blog Here.

I have been playing with the Donut Birthdays Clear Stamps this month, I couldn't help myself, as soon as I seen them my mind was going bonkers haha.

Come and check out all the other new stamps in the shop here.

I have coloured up the images using Copic Markers on Mondi Color Copy 250GSM Paper. I find this paper works well for me and allows me to blend nicely.

I used paper from American Crafts, that I cut to size using Cutterpillar Pro. I added some Derivan Burnt Umber Acrylic Paint to a Lawn Fawn Acrylic Block and then added some water to it, I used a paint brush to mix it and then splattered it all over my paper. I used my heat tool to dry it because I was being inpatient and couldn't wait for it to dry. Mat pieces are cut from American Crafts Cardstock that I had in my stash.

I fussy cut the images carefully using EK Success Cutterbee Scissors, Used a Pen Blade number 1 to get the inside of the donut and finished off the edges by running around carefully with a Tombow Dual Ended black marker.

I adhered using a mixture of Tombow Mono Multi Liquid Adhesive and Scotch ATG, I then added them to a card base from Twiddleybitz. I used Nuvo Crystal Drops in Gloss White to add the cream to the top of my éclair donut.
