Auzz Trinklets N Crafts DT - Baby's First Christmas

Good Morning All!

As most of you know our dedicated Leader and Shop owner over at Auzz Trinklets N Crafts is away at the moment and arrives back home this weekend. All of the girls on the DT are so thankful for the opportunities she has given us to work with her shop products throughout 2017.
I would also like to thank all the girls have worked with us this year, we appreciate all the work you have put in.

Now that is done, on to my last Christmas Project, as the Design Team comes to end for 2017.
I am using a stamp from La La Land Crafts called Christmas Baby.

I have coloured him up using Copic Markers on Mondi Color Copy 250GSM, these will be listed below all the process details.

I have fussy cut him out using Cutterbee Scissors from EK Success, I have then very gently gone around the outside of the image with a Tomow Dual Brush Marker to give it a finished black edge.

I have cut a stitched circle from Lawn Fawn Stitched Circle Stax, (not sure which set as mine are all in one package) using patterned paper from American Crafts Hollyday 6x6 Paper Pad. I cut the base layers from American Crafts Plain Coloured Cardstock.

I have matted all the layers using Scotch ATG. I have cut the sentiment using a banner die which I have then chopped the end using Cutterbee Scissors as it was still too long.

The Christmas Trees were cut using My Favorite Things Oh Christmas Trees Dies from Bo Bunny Paper Leftovers (unsure of name as this had previously been cut off). I ran them through my Sizzix Big Shot.

Once the trees were die cut I used the stamp set and a Lawn Fawn Acrylic Block to add the decorations onto the front tree. I stamped them with Versamark Watermark ink, I then added Wow! Embossing Powder - Vintage Candy Cane, then heat set them using my Heat Gun.

All these smaller bits were all adhered the mat layers using Tombow Mono Muti Liquid Adhesive. I finally added all these layers to a Pre-Made Card Base From Twiddleybitz (no longer in business as far as I am aware)

As finishing touches, I added some Wink Of Stella Clear Glitter Brush and Nuvo Crystal Drops in Ruby Slippers.

And that is all my card process done. I will add all the links below of all the products that were used.

Whimsy Stamps Week 5 - Penguin Three Kings

Hello and welcome to my blog,

A few new followers this week which is fantastic! Thank you and i'm so happy to have you here.

Today I am sharing a Whimsy Stamps - Digital Design Team card. I have used a Digital Stamp called Penguin Three Kings which is available on the Whimsy Stamps Website - If you click the name of the stamp set above it will take you directly to the item.

I really enjoyed colouring up this image, I don't think i've ever used so much "Gold" colouring on a card before, I really love it.

I printed the image on Mondi Color Copy 250GSM using my Brother Laser Printer which is Copic friendly. I coloured the image up using Copic Markers which will be listed below.

I decided not to add a sentiment to my card today as I thought it looked finished enough already without overdoing it, and the image is quite large on the card.

Can you believe Christmas is over and done with for another year already, it seems to come and go so quickly these days.. am I getting old or is it really happening... hahah.

Today I am sharing a blog post for Auzz Trinklets n Crafts, we are celebrating Christmas all month long, who wouldn't want to celebrate all month long anyway.. :-)

I cut the image out using EK Success Cutterbee scissors and then used a Tombow Dual Ended Marker to edge the image. I added Wink Of Stella to a few sections of the image.

I cut a circle using My Favorite Things Die-namics Wonky Stitched Circle Stax using Red American Crafts Cardstock, I cut the sentiment strip using my Cutterpillar Pro Trimmer and then just snipped the edge using my Cutterbee Scissors.

I added the clear drops using Nuvo Crystal Drops - Morning Dew. Patterned paper is from American Crafts Hollyday 6x6 Paper Pad. All base layers are from American Crafts Cardstocks. The Card Base is from Twiddleybitz.

Auzz Trinklets N Crafts - Happy Pawlidays Planner Layout

Good Morning Lovely Followers :-)

It's a hot week in Sydney Australia this week, crazy temps I even pulled the kids out of the pool as it wasn't getting ridiculous temperatures.

I have been creating planner layouts in my Large Kikki K lately and I have another one for you today. I am using inserts from Chasing Planner Peace which I am absolutely in love with. The quality of the paper is awesome and they make my life so much easier.

I am creating for Auzz Trinklets N Crafts this week, and decided i'd go with another planner layout.

I have used a stamp set from My Favorite Things called Happy Pawlidays, I have also used the matching the dies on my images. I stamped the images onto PPS Sticker paper using Memento Tuxedo Black ink, I used my Misti Stamping Tool to place all the images onto my dies so I didn't have to cut them apart. I stamped and coloured them before sending them through my Sizzix Big Shot die cutting machine.

I coloured them using Prismacolor pencils, I don't have them listed as I was colouring in bed while my fiancé and I were watching a movie.

I sent the images through my Big Shot, some I did end up fussy cutting by hand to fit them into my planner scene a little better and I added a few details using Copic Multi liner and also Uniball Signo White Angelic gel pen.

I cut the little rectangle using My Favorite Things Stitched Rounded rectangle frames and added the word dies from My Favorite Things Peaceful Words dies, all of these were cut using American Crafts Cardstock. I added Wink Of Stella to some sections of the images and the lights and baubles.

I cut the snowflakes using PPS Sticker Paper, they were so detailed I didn't want to try and glue them by hand and I can't find my Xyron Sticker Maker :-( I'm thinking I may add some glitter to them using my Wink Of Stella but I haven't as yet.

I really hope you like my planner layout, you may ask how I do all my planning with so many images etc.. this planner is the planner I use for my Card stuff, so my blog posts, my Dt Assignments etc so there isn't a whole heap of details going in it. I have a personal size planner for all my personal and every day stuff.

My Favorite Things - Happy Pawlidays & Dies
My Favorite Things - Peaceful Words Dies
My Favorite Things - Stitched Rounded Rectangle Frames

Dec Week 4 Ho Ho Ho it's a Whimsy Christmas

Good Morning Everyone,

I hope everyone is having a fantastic morning, I have been creating like crazy for Whimsy Stamps new release this is one of the images that was released for December 2017.

It's a cute little Elf playing with all the presents.. he may be just wrapping.. we are still unclear on that one heheh. Or he could be a mischievous little guy who is rattling those presents to see what's inside.. but seriously who hasn't done that.. :-)

I have used an image from Santa's Helpers for my card today, I have printed the image on Mondi Color Copy 250GSM and coloured the image up using Copic Markers (listed below)

I have been sticking to the same patterned paper pad lately as most of my papers are still packed and this is a 12x12 pad so I've got plenty of papers to choose from when it comes to Christmas designs. But I may be trying to squeeze out as many cards as I can out of my favourite sheets :-) So the paper pad I have been using are from Francheville Christmas Basics.

I cut all the layers using my Cutterpillar Pro and adhered them using Scotch ATG.

I have used Kaisercraft Spiced Pumpkin for the plain colour matting.

Everything once cut was adhered to a Twiddleybitz Card Base (no longer available to purchase due to the company closing).

I cut the stamped image using Lawn Fawn Stitched Circle, I'm not sure of which size this one came from as all of mine are in the same stamp sleeve. I added the sentiment which I cut using Cutterpillar Pro and then just cut the end off using my Cutterbee Scissors. I added the cheesecloth behind the circle using Tombow Mono Multi Liquid Adhesive.

I added some Wink Of Stella Clear Glitter Brush to the bell on his hat and on the presents. All layers are now adhered to the card base using Scotch ATG.

Auzz Trinklets - Christmas Planning with MFT

Good Morning :-)

Auzz Trinklets N Crafts This month are playing around with Christmas. I decided to do something new to me and use some of my new stamps to do a layout in my Planner.

I decided for 2018 I was going to move onto a Kikki K Planner, I ordered both a Large and a Personal. My personal is in my handbag and has all my day to day family and personal stuff and my Large I am using for my Design Team stuff and my Card Business. I am thinking about using another Large for my Card orders lol.. not sure if I can make three work yet but we will see how I go.

I wasn't a big fan of the Kikki K Inserts, they just didn't work for me and my needs so I ordered some planner inserts from Chasing Planner Peace, she has an Etsy Page and a Website.

I have used a stamp set from My Favorite Things called Polar Bear Pals & Matching Dies, which I stamped out using Memento Tuxedo Black onto PPS Copier Labels (Full Sheet). I then ran them through my Sizzix Big Shot with the matching dies.

I cut the Simon Says Stamp Winter Snow Word Dies and the My Favorite Things Snow Capped Mountains from American Crafts Cardstock using Sizzix Big Shot.

I coloured all the stamped images using Faber-Castell Polychromos. I have most of those listed below. This was actually my first time using the pencils and I was quite happy with them.

Dec Week 2 - Whimsy Stamps Reindeer behind the Christmas Tree

Hi everyone,

It's time for another Whimsy Stamps card, I have used an image from Christmas Wish Sentiments.

I printed the image on my Brother Laser Printer (love this baby, he is new to my house and since we got over the connection issues to start with I am now totally loving him lol).

My new card is a Clean and Simple one, as always coloured with Copic Markers.. I have so many expensive sets of pencils that I never use, I am one of the worst Craft Hoarders lol.. but atleast I know I have a problem right lol.

Anyway back to my card :-)

I cut the Base layer from Kaisercraft Splice Cardstock on my Cutterpillar Pro, the patterned paper is from Francheville Christmas Basics. The white layer is from My Favorite Things Blueprints 19 as are the stars. They were cut using Sizzix Big Shot.

Products Used On My Card

Whimsy Stamps & Kit And Clowder Online Colouring Classes

Hope everyone is having an awesome day!

I am here with you today to share a card made for Whimsy Stamps, in conjunction with Kit And Clowder Online Colouring Classes Countdown to Christmas.

If you head over to this link you can pick up this gorgeous digital stamp from Whimsy for free www.kitandclowder.com/advent5 , make sure you follow all the instruction to get it :-)

This is such an adorable image and I am totally falling in love with all the little Penguin Images lately. They are so adorable.

I have coloured the image up using Copic Markers which you will find listed below. I resized the image and sentiment and merged them together using MS Word since they are digital this allows me to do what I needed to. I then printed them out on Mondi Color Copy 250GSM on my Brother Laser Printer.

Next I coloured the image up and cut it out on my Sizzix Big Shot using Lawn Fawn Stitched Rectangles (unsure which pack as I have both of mine in one plastic sleeve).
I then cut a base layer from Kaisercraft Splice Cardstock, a patterned paper layer from Francheville Christmas Basics 12x12.

I thought i was ready to stick everything together but something was missing, I had a little shape cut out on my desk leftover from another card project so I cut the decorative edge off and slid it up under the Image layer.. I added Scotch ATG to adhere it and then adhered all the layers together.

The cardbase is from Twiddleybitz (no longer in business I have been told). I purchased a bulk lot of the card bases a few years ago and am still going with them.

I did all the same layers on the inside of the card also.. I always decorate the card inside (no sentiments just matching papers) unless it is a customer order and they request something different.

My card is now complete.. actually this is when I realised that I needed to add a shadow under the penguin lol. So I did that using my Copic markers, these colours are also listed below.

Products Used On This Card

Francheville Christmas Basics
Wink Of Stella - Clear Glitter Brush
Mondi Color Copy 250GSM
Kaisercraft - Splice 12x12

Week 1 New Release Whimsy Release Day 3

Hi Everyone,

I am here for Day 3 of the new release over at Whimsy Stamps.

Today I have used a digital stamp set called "Santa's Helpers", another gorgeous digital stamp set in the new release. I decided to turn the little elf into a santa dress up.

I printed the image using my Brother Laser Printer onto Mondi Color Copy 250GSM Cardstock and coloured it up using Copic Markers. I added some Wink Of Stella to the Bell on his hat and onto his belt buckle.. cause let's face it, even elves need a little bling.

The Patterned Papers I have used are from Francheville Christmas Basics 12x12 Paper Pad, the matting card layers are from Kaisercraft and from American Crafts.
Die cutting is down using Lawn Fawn Stitched Circle Dies on my Sizzix Big Shot and all the other layers were cut using Cutterpillar Pro. The white card is a pre-made card from Twiddleybitz (no longer available to purchase).

I have used my Uniball Signo White Angelic Pen to add some finishing touches to the image.

All layers have been adhered using Scotch ATG.

Copic Markers Used on this card are as below.

Skin E50, E51, E53, E55, R20

Week 1 Day 1 New Release Whimsy Design Team

Hi Everyone,

Today I am super excited to share with you guys that I have been asked to join the Whimsy Stamps Digital Design Team. I absolutely love Whimsy Stamps so of course I had to say yes.

I am just getting back into my designing again after my Fiancé and I moving in together for the first time before we get married. So as you can imagine things here have been pretty hectic.

Today I have used an image from Whimsy Stamps called "Penguin Carolers" It was certainly a gorgeous stamp to colour.. I must say I am a little bias as I love all the Whimsy Penguin Images/Stamps. The Sentiment is from Christmas Wish Sentiments set.

I have coloured the image up using Copic Markers, I printed it using my Brother laser printer (first time printing on laser, I purchased it not long before we decided to move so didn't even open the box up). I really like the cleanliness of the print and of course that it is Copic safe.

The Copic Markers I have used on the image are as follows..

Music Sheets E50, E51, E53, E55
Scarves & Ear Muffs B02, B04, B06
Beanies R35, R37, R89 (I would have used R39 however it is bone dry and I need to order a refill)
Penguins YR02, YR04, YR09
                T6, T8, T10
                 C2, 0 Colourless Blender, R20 for cheeks

I printed the image/Sentiment on Mondi Color Copy 250GSM.

I blended the background of the sentiment using Tim Holtz Ranger Mini Distress ink Tumbled Glass, I then cut it from an old Whimsy Die I have here called Slider 3 Die.

After colouring the image up I ran it through my Sizzx Big Shot using Lawn Fawn Stitched Rectangle Dies. I added Clear Wink Of Stella to the Ear Muffs and the white sections of the beanies.

I thought the image still needed a little more bling so I added Uniball Signo Noble Metal - Silver onto the scarves for some added detail.

I cut a mat of Glitter blue cardstock from my stash and a sheet from Kaisercraft Silver Bells 6.5" Paper Pad. I also added a leftover strip of the glitter card on top of the patterned papers. I adhered these together using Scotch ATG then added them to a pre-made card base from Twiddleybitz.
I added the die cut penguins to layers using Scotch ATG and the sentiment using Scotch Foam Tape.

I hope you have enjoyed my post today using images from Whimsy Stamps, if you have any questions feel free to send me a message or contact me via facebook (all links can be found below).

Rainbows - Auzz Trinklets N Crafts

Good Morning,

I am here with you today for Auzz Trinklets N Crafts and looking forward to sharing my Rainbow post with you.

I have been wanting to use my new "Once Upon A Time" Stamp set from My Favorite Things, and had some sort of design plan in my head. I went through my stash looking for a Rainbow die and found the "Shooting Star" Die from Lawn Fawn.

I first did a bulk stamping of the images on Mondi Color Copy 250GSM using my Misti Stamping Tool and Memento Tuxedo Black. I actually placed the dies on my Misti and put all the stamps on the dies and then closed the Misti to attach them.. I then stamped them out. Once I was done I placed the dies over the stamped images, popped some tape to hold them still. I do have a magnetic plate on my Sizzix Big Shot however sometimes they do still move and I don't like taking the chance.

Next I coloured up some of the images that I thought that I was going to use for the first card (I wasn't expecting to make two cards at this stage), I then cut the base layer for the images using the Mondi Color Copy 250GSM.. The first card I used My Favorite Things Mini Stitched Scallop Oval Die and on the second card I used the My Favorite Things Mini Stitched Scallop Circle Die

I used Tumbled Glass Mini Distress Ink and a Mini Distress Ink Blender Tool and Blended the top half of the shapes I cut out to create a sky.. I dropped a couple of drops of water on the blend (nothing too major as it isn't water colour paper), then carefully dried it up with a tissue.

Next I started playing with my images to work out what sort of placement I was after. I decided I needed to ground the images a little more so I used the Lawn Fawn Grassy Border Die and some leftover green cardstock.

I attached the images to the background using Tombow Mono Multi Liquid Adhesive. I cut some patterned paper from Doodlebug Design Inc - Springtime paper pad and attached it to some matte layers cut from American Crafts Cardstock. I had some white clouds left over from a previous project - cut from My Favorite Things In The Cloud Die. The Star and rainbow were cut using Lawn Fawn Shooting Star Die and some leftovers from my scraps bin. I added some Nuvo Drops at the end to finish off the project and cover some of the larger water drop marks.

I used Scotch ATG tape to adhere all the bigger layers of my card. Once all the layers were done I then adhered them all to a Twiddleybitz Cardbase. I finished off my card with some Wink Of Stella Clear Glitter Brush.

You Did It - Hooray

Good Morning Everyone,

Just a quick  post for you today, I have been packing my house up ready for a big move so have been finding some stamps I forgot that I had and managed to make a card whilst I was on a break.

This first card I actually made 6 exactly the same as a friend needed them for her daughter to give to her teachers. This friend is going through chemo at the moment and her Daughters Pre-school and her boys Primary school have been awesome with their support.

The next card I decided to make because I already had this stamp set out. I coloured her exactly the same whilst I still had all the markers on my desk, I just masked off the image to add the books and the pencil on top.

This was actually a quick and simple card for me today.

Friendship and Rainbows

Hi Everyone

This month at Auzz Trinklets N Crafts we are working around "Rainbows".. I love rainbows but never seem to create with them, this one actually accidentally came together but i'm happy with it :-)

I also have a You Tube Video of the colouring process here.

I have used a stamp set from My Favorite Things which is new to me but not so new to the store called Much Cuteness.

I have also used Dovecraft Sentiment Stamps (purchased elsewhere)

Everything was inked up using Misti Stamping Tool and Memento Tuxedo Black. I have coloured the images using Prismacolor Pencils - all those will be listed at the bottom of my blog post. I didn't need to mask anything off as the stamps fit into my sentiments perfectly.

I cut them out using My Favorite Things Stitched Circle Stax and Rounded Rectangles. They were cut using Sizzix Big Shot.

I have adhered everything to Doodlebug Springtime 6x6 Pad using Scotch ATG.

I have created the flags using my Cutterbee scissors very carefully (they are super sharp) cutting the banner ends.

I have attached everything to a Twiddleybitz Card Base(no longer available for purchase).

Super Cute Laundry - MFT

Hi, hope everyone is having a fantastic day. My son and I went out and did some shopping this morning, nothing too exciting. Some new storage for my new stamps (I have a container tub thing that I put all my new products in until I use them), a new craft mat for my desk. Oh and I scored a little Fiskars Trimmer from Officeworks for a super awesome price. Just cause when do we not need as many trimmers as I already have lol.

Anyways onto my card. I made this card a few days ago but totally forgot to blog about it.. and when I actually sit there and write every detail about the card it’s nice to blog it. So here goes.

I have used the My Favorite Things Bundle of Baby Clothes die set, and the matching Welcome Baby sentiment set.

First I decided I wanted to make it look like a clothes line, so I found some cute scraps of patterned cardstock in my stash that I thought would suit the look I was going for.

The patterned papers I have used are from Pebbles Ever After - Magical Forest Collection. The pink polka dots I have created myself using the Canson Pink Cardstock that I have used on the backing layers and a Uniball Signo White Angelic Gel Pen. The white cardstock is once again just scraps from my leftovers bin.

The Backing layers as mentioned above are from Canson Cardstock and American Crafts Kraft Cardstock. These were cut using Cutterpillar Pro and attached using Scotch ATG.

The white cardstock that I have ink blended on is Mondi Color Copy 250GSM.. I have used a Mini Ink Blending Tool and the Mini Distress Inks from Ranger. The colours were Bundled Sage and Tumbled Glass.

I have cut all the bits and pieces on my Sizzix Big Shot and they have all been adhered using Tombow Mono Multi Liquid Adhesive. Oh except the tiny bows, pegs and the sticks I had to use Ranger Multi Medium Matte for those as they were so small.

The sentiment is from the My Favorite Things Welcome Baby Sentiment Set. I have prepared the cardstock using an EK Success Powder Tool. I then popped the sentiment onto a Lawn Fawn Acrylic Block and applied Versamark Watermark Stamp Pad. I then used Ranger Embossing Powder - Super Fine Detail - White.

Once everything was completed it was then attached to a Twiddleybitz Card Base using Scotch ATG. At the very end I added Wink Of Stella to the bib.

I hope you have enjoyed my post today, if you have any questions feel free to send me a message or contact me via facebook (all links can be found below).

All About Men 3

Hi Everyone,

What a beautiful day it was in a Sydney today, perfect day for washing the car and doing laundry.
Today I am sharing a project for Auzz Trinklets N Crafts Design Team.

I have created a male card today for. Little 2 year old boy, he is a little man in my life lol.

To start with I had a La La Land Crafts Super Hero Luka image on my desk from a previous colouring, he is available in Rubber and Digital Stamp.
I have cut the arrow, the bracket and the building scene from Club La La Land Crafts - January 2016 Kit. These products are now available separately, I will have the individual items linked below.

I have used Doodlebug Design Inc Day to Day 6x6 pad for the patterned paper and American Crafts Cardstock for the matting layers. All the layers have been adhered using Scotch ATG.

I cut the happy word die using W Plus 9 Happy Trio Die out of Canson Cardstock using Sizzix Big Shot and adhered it to the patterned papers using Tombow Mono Multi Liquid Adhesive. I adhered Luka to the patterned paper to start creating a scene. I have cut the Skyline Border Die, the Arrows and the bracket using Canson Cardstock and American Crafts Cardstock which I have adhered using the Tombow Mono Multi Liquid Adhesive.

I prepared some black cardstock using EK Success Powder Tool and stamped the word Birthday using My Favorite Things Adorable Elephants stamp set using Versamark Watermark Ink Pad, I then added Ranger Super Fine Detail white embossing Powder and melted it using my heat tool.

I have cut the number 2 using American Crafts Cardstock and I wrote the ND using Uniball Signo White Angelic Gel Pen, I then adhered everything.

I then added Wink Of Stella Clear Glitter Brush to the Arrow to finish off the card.

Lastly I adhered all the layers onto a Twiddleybitz Card Base using Scotch ATG, I did the same thing for the inside of the card.

I really hope you enjoyed my card today. All Products Used have been listed below, if you have any questions feel free to send me a message via Facebook.
