So, it's a pretty simple one designed by me as my first sketch :-) I am pretty happy with it.
The Card I have designed is a simple Happy Birthday Card Using a gorgeous image from The Kitten Queen CD, you can find the CD for Sale here.

Everything else used is from my stash
The image was coloured using Copic Markers purchased from Craft-a-Lot
