Whimsy Stamps - Best Friends Betty and Bob

Hi Everyone,

Welcome to Week One of Whimsy Stamps New Releases. Today I am sharing with you Betty and Bob from the Wee Stamps Collection.

This is an adorable Digital Stamp so I printed it out using my Brother Laser Printer onto X-Press It Blending Cardstock, making it completely Copic Marker Safe.

                                            

Once I had the image printed out I coloured them in using Copic Markers.

  

Surprisingly it actually took me quite a while to colour this image because I had so many colour changes, I must say I really love the way that it turned out though.

I cut the image down to size using my Cutterpillar Pro.

The flowers are from Mont Marte and the leaves are from Amy Tangerine.

Using patterned papers from Kaisercraft Bow and Arrow 6.5" Paper Pad, I cut some layers down and also ran one of the pieces through my Sizzix Big Shot using a Spellbinders Labels 22 die, I just wanted to pop the image off the card a little bit more than it already was. I also used a sentiment pop out from the same paper pad.

I added a doily between the layers just to break it up a little.

I grabbed some Plasterers tape from my stash, it's amazing the products you can use on a card from the Garage :-)

I used matching papers to decorate the inside of the card.
