I decided to create my own sentiment "Always Here to Lend You An Ear" using MS Word, such a simple way of personalising a card or adding a special sentiment to a card. I printed the image and the sentiment onto X-Press It Blending Cardstock using my Brother Laser Printer.
I began by colouring up the image using Copic Markers, I will have these listed in the picture links below.
I used patterned papers from Basic Grey's Mint Julep 6x6, unfortunately this is an older paper pad so I am not able to link up.
I ran the image through my Sizzix Big Shot using a Lawn Fawn Stitched Circle die.
The sentiment I cut out using an MFT Stamps Stitched Sentiment Die, I used some washi tape to keep the die in place whilst I ran it through my Big Shot.. I didn't want it to move while I ran it through.
I cut some mat layers from Francheville Kraft and some American Crafts white card stock.
Finally I adhered all the layers to a Couture Creations Card Base.
I hope you have enjoyed my post today, if you have any questions feel free to send me a message or contact me via facebook (all links can be found below).
