Today's Haul - Junk Shop

Hi Everyone,

As you know I am eagerly awaiting my Erin Condren to arrive, it is sitting waiting for delivery at the Delivery Centre an hour away..

For the past week I have been trying to do some Planner Prep Shopping, this is a few of my purchases yesterday. Can't wait to use them all when my planner gets here.

Hi Everyone!

I am so so excited to tell you all that last night I finally ordered my first Erin Condren Planner!! I have been eyeing these off for a long time I finally decided to order one :-)

I have ordered the butterfly one to match my logo. I also ordered the Pen Holder, the Meal Planner, some customizable labels and some of the elastic bands.

Haul Post

Hi Everyone, 

Had a little shopping day with my Mum today. So much fun :-)

Our local junk shop was closing down so I grabbed a few bargains at fifty percent off.. Score! 

I thought while everything was still out I would take a few snaps and share my haul with you. 

Firstly a pic of everything..

Next, a few bargains from our Grocery Shop - Coles. Some cute little flags and some bic mark it markers in different colours. 

Next some goodies my Mum picked up for me yesterday. 

Some gorgeous Christmas dies from Kaisercraft.

Some cheap wooden 50th albums she scored.

Next is my bargains from Hot Dollar that is unfortunately closing down. I got these cool containers which I'm hoping will fit into my shallow desk drawers, some washi tape.. Yes I may finally be liking the stuff lol. Some cute Halloween colour ribbons, and the big roll is supposed to be drawer liner, it's perfect for cards :-)

Sorry photos are not in order and won't let me move them around, these are 2 Christmas paper pads my Mum grabbed yesterday as well as some jump rings for the albums.

More goodies from the junk shop - Halloween stickers and some more jump rings for the albums my mum grabbed yesterday. 

I've decided next year I am going to join in on the whole diary/planner thing.. I've been watching a few videos on you tube and think I am in love.. Now just to wait a couple of months before I can get one. 

I'd love an Erin Condren one but with shipping and our lower au$ I don't think I can afford it. 

Lucky last is some tubs I fell in love with, not sure what or where I am going to put them yet, but they are pink so ofcourse I had to have some.

Auzz Trinklets N Krafts - Make it a card Tuesday - Partying with the animals

Hi Everyone,

I am here today for Make It A Card Tuesday with a quick card for you using stamps from Lawn Fawn Party Animal.

The images are stamped using Memento Tuxedo Black and coloured with Copic Markers. I have stamped all the images using an acrylic block from Lawn Fawn and have stamped them onto Mondi Color Copy 250gsm cardstock.

Just a quick note to say hi

Hi Everyone!

You may have noticed some changes on my blog in the last few hours... We have made some changes to the Business name and are very excited to now be known as "Angel Handmade Papercraft". This is a big change both here and on the Facebook Page. We will unfortunately lose a few likes on the Facebook page while we do this transition but do hope to regain them.

Auzz Trinklets N Krafts - Make It A Card Thursday - Wise Ol' Dad

Hi Everyone!

A bit of a later in the week post from me this week. Today is a miserable wet day here so I did a few quick errands this morning hoping there wouldn't be many people out. I wasn't out for very long, by the time I was finished it felt like everyone had arrived.. that was good timing :-)

It is Make It A Card Thursday over at Auzz Trinklets N Krafts, unfortunately I have had to cut down on these lately due to time restrictions however I didn't get a post done on Tuesday this week.

Yesterday I created this card using a new stamp of mine - Daddy Owl by Dare 2B Artzy. I have never purchased this brand before and must say I am quite impressed. It is a clear stamp set and stamped perfect first go.. normally you have to stamp them a few times to prime them up, even the sentiments were perfect first time. I used Memento Tuxedo Black with this set.

I have stamped the images on X-Press it Blending Card using the Memento ink, I then cleaned the stamps using my Hero Arts Clear Design Scrubber Pad, these are available to purchase with the Ultra Clear Spray from Auzz Trinklets N Krafts.

I have coloured the owl using Copic Markers and added some extra details using my Uniball Signo White Gel Pen. (a tip I recently heard about was to use the pen on your hand before the paper, this will warm the ink and allow it to flow more freely).

I have used papers from Kaisercraft Timeless Collection, including the clock which I have cut out on the left hand side of the card. I have matted the papers using American Crafts Cardstocks and inked them up using My Ranger Mini Ink Blender Tools and Tim Holtz Ranger Distress Mini Ink Pads - Vintage Photo and Walnut Stain.

The Card base is from Twiddleybitz. I have also added a chipboard tree looking design from 2Crafty. I have used the Distress Inks on this aswell so it would blend into my background. I have used Kaisercraft Foam Mounting Tape on the owl aswell as the sentiment.

The stamps I have used around the outside of the owl are from Tim Holtz Euro Elements Stamp Set. Everything has been cut using my new Stampin Up Trimmer (with rotary arm), I am loving my new trimmer!! I was a little worried to begin with spending this kind of money on another trimmer after just recently purchasing the Cutterpillar Pro, but I am pretty happy. You may ask why I have purchased another trimmer.. the Cutterpillar Pro is awesome.. however it is too big for my desk. I currently have it on the table in the centre of my room for bigger projects and when I am working over there. I would definitely recommend it if you are looking at a new trimmer.

Oh, one last thing, everything is stuck down using my Scotch ATG, best thing ever for adhesives, I still use my Tombow Mono Multi for smaller pieces like the Chipboard Tree thing.

Make It A Card Tuesday - Auzz Trinklets N Krafts - Out of this world Space Dude

Hi Everyone!

It's Make It A Card Tuesday over at Auzz Trinklets N Krafts, today I have a card using a few images from Digi Stamp Boutique.
The images I have used have been merged together to create a space scene. I have used images from a set called Space Adventure Set.

I have layered the card up using papers from Doodlebug Design - Hip Hip Hooray, I have matted them using American Crafts Cardstock. The Stars are all from My Favorite Things die and were actually left overs from a few others cards I have previously made. The Pierced flags are also from My Favorite Things. The Oval cuts are from Kaisercraft Dies, I have also traced the outer and inner layers using the dies and cut them out to get the closer matting sizes.

I have adhered everything using my Scotch ATG and also some Tombow Mono Multi Liquid Adhesive for the stars. Everything is then adhered to a card base from Twiddleybitz.
