Home Sweet Home - Whimsy Stamps

Good Afternoon,

Today I am sharing one of the New Releases for September Created for Whimsy Stamps.

I have used "So Nuts About Home" for my card, it spoke to me the minute I seen it and I was super excited to get it coloured and put onto a card.

I printed the image onto Mondi Color Copy using my Brother Laser Printer then ran it through my Sizzix Big Shot Machine Only (White & Gray) with a Lawn Fawn Stitched Rectangle Die.

Using Copic Markers I coloured the image up using some brown tones and a splash of colour to bring the flowers out.

                                           

The patterned papers on my card are from Kaisercraft Miss Match 6.5" Paper Pad, I used one of the punch outs to lay under my image and cut some square layers using the patterned paper sheets. I cut all the layers using Fiskars Surecut Trimmer and adhered them to some American Crafts plain coloured Cardstocks.

I added a doily (I ended up cutting it in half using Ek Success Cutterbee Scissors to use on another project as you could only see half anyway so why not save the rest) under the image. I adhered it to the patterned papers using American Tombow Mono Multi Liquid Adhesive. I don't use tape runner as I find it tears easily.

I used some Kaisercraft Self Adhesive Pearls in Copper colour just to bling up my card a little.
